Clutter buster

There comes a time when you realize that the housework has begun to win the battle, but I have not yet givin up the war.

I have containers that I keep in each room that is prone to clutter, then whenever I am in a room where there's things out of place I pile them into the bin and pack it around with me putting them where they go until it's empty then set it in a easy to reach place again.

While not a perfect cure, it does help to get the smaller clutter pushed back and I even tend to pick up larger things and relocate them while I'm putting things away.
