Looking for information on reverse mortgages

Something else that I am looking for information on is the reverse mortgage. I want to make up a guide to what they are all about for Family Caregiver Info. They are something that could be of benefit to a lot of seniors, but I think that anyone looking into the things needs to know exactly what they are looking at, so I want to create an unbiased article on what they are and what people need to think about and ask when they are looking at getting one.
