Remind a Family Caregiver that you are there for them

Send an e-card to someone that you know that is a family caregiver. Remind them that you appreciate what they do for the person that they provide care for. If possible you might tell (or remind them) that you are there for them if they get stressed out and need someone to talk to. Stress is a major part of being a caregiver and a lot of the time it can feel so stifling and lonely trying to do it all alone that the family caregiver can feel isolated from everyone around them. This is the month to take a moment and remind them that you care, that you are there if they need someone. It will mean a lot to them.
