Capella University's latest feature for their "Inside Online Education" podcast series focuses on managing the training programs at the Pentagon through its feature of Capella PhD student Carla Chladek. Chladek is a Program Manager for the Joint Staff Training Program at the Pentagon, as part of her job she is responsible for ensuring that the training needs are met for the 2,000 military men and women who support the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

I was reading that roughly 15% of Capella's estimated 17,900 students have some affiliation with the Department of Defense, so it just seems natural that Chladek would be chosen for featuring on the capella university podcast. Chladek is currently pursuing a master’s degree in education at Capella University.

The "Inside Online Education" podcasts feature interviews like that one with Capella students, faculty and staff who share the experience of online education. They are presented in first-person point of view, and are roughly 15 minute long.
