No time for anything

Finding the time to be a caregiver and still run a home business is an impossibility. I find myself making massive business sacrifices to provide care and am still coming to a balance on what I can and can not find the time to do. It has been a few days since I have found the time to get out into the yard to work for more than a few minutes at a time, and yet I have spent relatively little tome on the computer. I'm not sure where the time is going, maybe I should give up that 3 hours of sleep a night?
