Yo Yo diet strikes back
Between helping my parents and working and this and that and the other thing I have been snacking on munchies all week and not getting enough actual exercise. The result? I put on 4 pounds from what I had a few weeks ago. :-( Still within my "I am okay with this weight" range though, so that at least makes me happy. I need to get back into regular exercises and such though, get that weight off and lose the rest I want to lose.
