Is there a tax break for family caregivers?

I need to look into the taxes when I start digging into tax papers and see what there is in there about family caregivers. I thought I had heard somewhere something about it making a difference on the taxes if you are a family caregiver? I'll try and remember to look that up later on when I start messing with the tax stuff. Surely they would have information on that at the IRS or AARP websites?
