Want Open Source Scrapbook Software

I want to find a good Open Source program for creating digital scrapbooks. I want something I can run on my website to allow people to create a scrapbook page that they can print out. I'm not sure if there are any programs like that out there or not, but I would really love to find it if there are. Something I want to incorporate into my One Of A Kind Biz website is a scrapbooker's image gallery that can be used for creating scrapbook montages.
